If your package is missing, lost, or stolen, please contact your post office. We will try our very best to help you find a resolution, but once products are dropped off for shipping, Beaute by Sheng is NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for any packages.

If you ordered the wrong color contact lens, you must order a new pair for a different color or the correct prescribed power.

If Beaute by Sheng is at fault for sending you the wrong item, color, or prescription power, we will accommodate you by sending you the correct item or size at no charge.
